Following the expansion of an excessively growing and successful local business, Hilltop Honey moved premises to a larger factory. This required a full factory refurbishment for the company to manage its growth.

The project started as a blank canvas of a commercial building so involved our team initially removing previous equipment and dismantle storage recking from the previous occupiers. Demolishment of internal walls and removal of the existing office block was also part of this phase of the project.

Phase 2 was the rebuilding of the new offices, a meeting room, a technical laboratory and a new canteen for the workforce. As well as installing a upstairs section above the offices for storage and warming rooms for the honey.

As we were recreating the factory space, the business continued to grow, so we then built outside store rooms to the exterior of the building. This involved laying new concrete flooring to house these additional warming rooms.
