Our client approached us to help with the expansion of his business. He required an internal fitout of a steel structure building which was situated at the bottom of the vineyard. This building would become a residential living space for his personal use and the other half would be created into a commercial space, where his customers could enjoy wine tasting in the beautiful vicinity of the vine yard.

This first phase of the project including the studding, plaster boarding and skimming of the internal walls, fitting new electrics throughout and installing new kitchens and bathrooms in both areas; floor tiles were also laid throughout the building.

Once the residential and commercial spaces were completed, we started phase 2 of the project which was the external work. This included 360m² of slabbing around the structure, creating a driveway and car park area, as well as fitting a water irrigation system.
